Who we are
Littles is made by Elated Ltd, 95 St Johns Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 7JY, United Kingdom. Elated Ltd is the data controller for the Littles iPhone app and this website. Contact: support@littlestracker.com.
What we collect
- Your name and the role you choose (for example "Mum" or "Dad").
- Your Apple account email address, from Sign in with Apple.
- Your baby's name, sex and date of birth, and their birth weight and length if you add them.
- The feeds, sleeps and nappies you log.
- Your app settings.
- An identifier for your account and for each phone you use, the app version, and when the app was last used.
- The internet address your phone connects from when you sign in, recorded by our hosting provider for account security.
- Crash and error reports, sent automatically when the app crashes or hits an error: what went wrong and where in the app's code, the phone model and iOS version, the app version, your account's identifying number, a random number for the install, and which screens were open just before. A report never contains your baby's details, your entries, your name or your email address.
We use this only to run Littles: to sign you in, show you your records, keep them backed up and in sync, and find and fix faults. There are no adverts, no analytics and no tracking, and your information is never sold.
Your baby's information
You enter your baby's details as their parent or carer. Your baby has no account. Littles is for adults and is not directed at children.
Our legal basis
We use your information to provide the service you signed up for (contract), and to keep it secure and working, including crash and error reports (legitimate interests).
Who else handles it
Supabase hosts our database and sign-in, Apple provides Sign in with Apple, and Sentry receives crash and error reports. Each acts on our instructions and gives your information the same or equal protection as this policy. Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers email sent to our support address. Nobody else receives your information.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored in the European Union, which UK data protection law treats as providing adequate protection. Sentry's staff may access crash and error reports from the United States under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account. Crash and error reports are deleted 30 days after they are sent. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time in the app, at Settings → Delete account. This is also how you withdraw consent. You can instead ask us to delete it by writing to support@littlestracker.com.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information. Write to support@littlestracker.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
You have the right to object to how we use your information, including the app sending crash and error reports. Write to the same address.
What you need to provide
You need an account and your baby's date of birth to use Littles. Birth weight and length are optional.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
